1Who we are
The Tripeaz Partners website and the Tripeaz Partners mobile app are operated by Wolfron Technologies LLP (LLPIN ACR-1448), registered office The Spire, Office-314, 150 Ft Ring Road, Madhapar, Rajkot, Gujarat - 360006, India, phone +91 95589 00338. In this policy, "Tripeaz", "we" and "us" mean Wolfron Technologies LLP.
This policy is published under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. For personal data processed through the website and the app, Tripeaz is the Data Fiduciary. It explains what we collect, why, who can see it, how long we keep it and how you can use your rights.
2Information you give us in the app
When you create and use a Tripeaz Partners account, we collect the information you enter.
- Account details: first and last name, mobile number, date of birth, gender and, if you choose to add it, email address.
- Profile photo, if you choose to upload one. The app uses the phone's photo picker, so it only receives the photo you select.
- Business details: business name and type, business address, city, state, pincode, years in business, vehicles and the service areas you operate in.
- Bookings and exchange posts you publish, including pickup and drop locations, dates, vehicle, fare and notes, and the contact number shown with them.
- Ratings and reviews you give or receive, and replies to reviews.
- Reports you make about partners, posts or reviews, and the list of partners you have blocked.
3Information collected automatically by the app
To keep your account secure and the app working, the app also collects:
- Device information: a device identifier, device name and platform, used to manage your login session and to sign you out of other devices.
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), used to send booking alerts and account notifications.
- In-app activity events, such as screens opened and actions taken, used for security, fraud prevention and to improve the app.
- App version and basic technical logs needed to diagnose errors.
- The app does not access your location, contacts, SMS, call logs or other files, and does not ask for Aadhaar or other government ID documents.
4Information collected by the website
The website may collect information you choose to provide through early-access and contact forms.
- Early access: name, mobile number, city, state, role, and any optional vehicle, WhatsApp or message details.
- Contact: name, email, inquiry type and message, plus optional organization and mobile details.
- Hosting and security infrastructure may process basic request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and error diagnostics. No analytics provider is currently configured for the website, and the website does not use advertising cookies.
5Why we process your data and on what basis
We process personal data only for the purposes below, either with your consent or for a legitimate use allowed by the DPDP Act.
- With your consent: creating and running your account, showing your profile, bookings and reviews to other partners, sending booking alerts and notifications, and contacting you about early access when you ask us to.
- For legitimate uses: sending one-time passwords and service messages you need to use the app, keeping accounts secure, preventing fraud and misuse, reviewing reports, meeting legal obligations, responding to lawful requests from authorities, and handling emergencies.
- We do not sell personal data, the app shows no advertising, and we do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
6What other partners can see
Tripeaz Partners is a network for taxi businesses to exchange bookings, so some of your information is visible to other registered partners:
- Your name or business name, profile photo, city and state, business type, years in business, rating and reviews.
- Your mobile number and, if you add one, your email address are shown on your profile, so partners can call you, message you on WhatsApp or email you about bookings.
- Bookings and exchange posts you publish, together with the contact number on them, so partners can call you or message you on WhatsApp about that booking. Partners may use these details only to discuss the booking.
- Reviews you write about another partner are visible on that partner's profile.
- Partners you block no longer see each other's reviews and cannot review each other, and their posts are hidden from you.
7Service providers and transfers
We use providers only as needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, an SMS provider to deliver one-time passwords, and Sentry to receive crash and error reports (device model, operating system, app version and the technical details of the error) so we can find and fix problems. They act as our Data Processors, process data on our instructions under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.
Some providers may process data outside India. Any such transfer is made only as permitted by the DPDP Act and to countries not restricted by the Government of India.
8Security and breaches
Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to personal data is limited to authorized staff who need it, and data kept after account deletion is stored separately in encrypted form with restricted access.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act and Rules.
9Messages we send
Service messages, such as one-time passwords, booking alerts, account and security notices, are part of the service and are sent without separate consent. You can turn booking alerts on or off in the app.
Promotional messages about Tripeaz by SMS, WhatsApp, phone call or email are sent only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP where offered or by writing to us.
10Reporting and blocking
You can report a partner, a booking or exchange post, or a review from the app, and you can block or unblock partners at any time from their profile or from Settings. Reports are reviewed by the Tripeaz team. If an account is deleted, reports it made are kept without identifying it, so that moderation decisions remain on record.
11Deleting your account and retention
You can delete your account in the app (Profile, then Delete Account, then confirm with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number) or by following the steps on the account deletion page at /delete-account. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel by logging in.
Some information is kept after deletion only where the law requires it, in separate encrypted storage with restricted access, and is permanently deleted when its retention period ends.
- Registration details and activity or login logs: kept for 180 days.
- Minimal identity details linked to transaction and booking records: kept for 8 years, the period for which accounts and records must be preserved under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and tax laws. Booking records themselves are kept in anonymized form.
- Profile photos are not retained after deletion.
- If an account is under a fraud investigation, complaint or legal case, deletion is paused until the matter is closed.
- Website form submissions are kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, early-access process, security or legal obligations.
12Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Get a summary of the personal data we process about you and of the processing, and know whom it has been shared with.
- Correct, complete or update your data. Most profile and business details can be edited directly in the app.
- Erase your data by deleting your account, subject to the legal retention described above.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: turn off alerts in the app, delete your account, or write to the Grievance Officer. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it, and some features may stop working.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
