1Purpose and scope
This page summarizes the principles Tripeaz follows when handling partner data in the Tripeaz Partners app and on this website. The Privacy Policy is the full notice under the DPDP Act and lists exactly what is collected, why, and your rights.
2Collect only what is needed
The app asks only for the account, business and booking details needed to run a booking network between taxi partners.
The app also collects a device identifier and device name, a push notification token and in-app activity events, to keep your account secure, send booking alerts and improve the app, as listed in the Privacy Policy.
The app does not access your location, contacts or SMS. It does not access your files, except the profile photo you choose through the phone's photo picker. It does not ask for Aadhaar or other identity documents.
3What other partners can see
Your partner profile is visible to other registered partners: your name or business name, profile photo, city and state, business type, years in business, mobile number, email address (if you add one), rating and reviews.
Bookings and exchange posts, with their contact number, are shared only when you publish them. You control your profile details, notification settings and blocked partners in the app.
4Access and security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Operational access is role-based and limited to staff who need it, sensitive values are kept out of logs where possible, and data retained after account deletion is encrypted and stored separately.
5Infrastructure location
For relevant workloads, the infrastructure strategy is to use appropriate India-hosted processing and storage. Some service providers may process data outside India as described in the Privacy Policy, so this page does not claim that all data is stored only in India.
6Retention and deletion
Account data is deleted 30 days after a confirmed deletion request. Limited records are kept only where the law requires it, for the periods listed in the Privacy Policy and on the account deletion page.
7Questions and grievances
For questions about how data is handled or to raise a grievance, contact the Grievance Officer, Aditya Rajput, at grievance@tripeazpartners.com or +91 95589 00338 (call or WhatsApp). The Privacy Policy explains your rights and how requests are handled.
